My Account
Your account page is your personal control center in Giant Context. It holds everything about you as a user—your profile details, display preferences, notification settings, and the organizations you belong to.
Nothing here affects your shared workspaces or team members. These are strictly personal settings designed to follow you across every organization you join.
Getting there
To access your personal control center, click your user avatar or name in the main navigation.
The My Account page is organized into dedicated tabs—including Profile, Organizations, Notifications, Preferences, Invitations, and API Keys—giving you immediate control over every aspect of your user experience.
Access Your Personal Control Center
Click your user avatar in the navigation menu to open your account settings. This is your central hub for managing profile details, display preferences, notifications, and API keys.
Profile
Details
The Details tab provides a clear snapshot of your core account metadata. Here, you'll find your unique user ID, registered email address, and precise timestamps for when your account was created and last updated. While you won't need to reference this daily, having these details readily available helps our support team resolve any inquiries quickly and securely.
Organizations

API Keys
The API Keys tab allows you to generate and manage personal keys for programmatic access to your Giant Context projects. Instead of logging in manually, these keys let you securely connect external tools, scripts, and applications. From this panel, you can perform the following actions:
- Create: Generate a new key by specifying a name, assigning it to an organization, and setting an expiration date.
- Copy: Securely copy your key to your clipboard. Because the full key is only visible exactly once upon creation, you must store it safely immediately.
- Regenerate: Instantly create a replacement key with the same name while automatically revoking the old one.
- Revoke: Permanently disable an API key to immediately cut off access.
Manage Your API Keys
Connect external tools, scripts, and applications to your Giant Context projects. Generate new keys for programmatic access, monitor their usage, or instantly revoke and regenerate them to keep your account secure.

Easily submit detailed reports and track their progress directly from your account dashboard.
Activities
The Activities tab provides a comprehensive, read-only audit trail of your actions across all your organizations. Whether you need to review recent changes, retrace your steps, or simply confirm that a critical task was completed successfully, this centralized log keeps your history transparent and accessible.
Sign Out
When you're ready to end your session, use the Sign Out tab. To prevent accidental logouts, you'll be asked to confirm your choice before disconnecting. Once you sign out, you'll need to log back in with your email and password to access your Giant Context workspace again.
Danger Zone
If you ever need to close your Giant Context account, head to the Danger Zone tab. We believe in complete transparency, so this section outlines exactly what happens during cancellation, including the specific data that will be permanently deleted. To protect your work, a strict confirmation step ensures your account cannot be deleted accidentally.
Heading
A clear profile photo helps your teammates identify you instantly across activity logs, comments, and notifications.
If dates and times look off across your workspace, your timezone is likely unconfigured. Fix it once in Preferences to keep everything perfectly aligned.
When a new API key is created, copy it immediately and store it in a secure password manager. For security reasons, you won't be able to view the full key again.
