Email footers are the closing section that appears at the bottom of every message you send. While website footers focus primarily on navigation and branding, email footers serve a critical legal purpose. Global anti-spam regulations—including CAN-SPAM in the United States, GDPR in Europe, and CASL in Canada—mandate strict requirements for commercial messaging. To maintain compliance and protect your sender reputation, every email footer must include a clear unsubscribe mechanism, a valid physical mailing address, and your organization's identity.

Access your complete library of email footers from a single dashboard. Quickly search by name, track creation dates, and edit or delete existing layouts to keep your legal compliance and branding up to date.
Managing Edit History. The editor toolbar features a Save button that activates the moment you make a change. Use the Undo and Redo buttons to easily step backward or forward through your edit history.

Skipping it can result in fines, deliverability problems, and emails landing in spam. Recipients who can't find it will mark the email as spam, hurting your sender reputation.
Footers that look fine on desktop can break on small screens. Use the mobile preview in the editor to ensure text is readable and links are tappable at phone widths.
Open the email, click Settings, go to the Design tab, and select 'None' from the Footer dropdown.
