HubSpot is a workstation. Giant Context is the operator.

HubSpot is a real answer for a company with a marketing team. If you don't have one and don't want to hire one, the AI does the work HubSpot expects a person to do.

Two different tools for two different companies

HubSpot is the category-defining buy for anyone who has decided marketing deserves its own software and its own operators. It layers Marketing, Sales, Service, and Content Hubs over one customer database, and in 2024 it put AI agents across all of it under the Breeze brand. It is deep, mature, and it is not going anywhere.

But the product is a workstation, not an actor. Campaigns are built by a marketer clicking through HubSpot. The Breeze agents sit inside the dashboard — you still open HubSpot, run the agent, review the output, and publish from inside HubSpot. The agent is a feature of the tool, not a substitute for the person who uses it.

Giant Context is the other shape. The AI writes the blog post, builds the page, sends the email, and answers the chat, across eight apps that share one context about your business. You approve each thing before it ships. There is no dashboard to learn and no marketer to hire.

HubSpot vs Giant Context, line by line

Some rows HubSpot wins. We say so.

Who does the work

A marketer you hire or become, clicking through the dashboard.

The AI writes, builds, and sends. You approve each thing before it ships.

Pricing

Seats, contact tiers, add-on Hubs, and a required onboarding fee. The bill climbs with things you don't control.

$25 per million units of work. No seats, no tiers, no onboarding fee.

Sales CRM and pipeline

Deal stages, forecasting, quotes, rep sequences. A real sales CRM.

A CRM for marketing contacts, not a sales pipeline. HubSpot wins this one.

Reporting

Multi-touch attribution and revenue reporting built for a revenue team.

Ask in chat: what's my conversion rate this spring. No attribution dashboards.

Compliance

SOC 2, SSO, audit logs. Passes enterprise procurement.

No SOC 2 yet, no SSO on the base plan. Not built for enterprise procurement today.

Where you run it

A dashboard you open, learn, and operate.

The LLM client you already use — Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT.

Time to first result

Paid onboarding on Professional and up. Weeks to proficiency.

You sync your documents. It does the rest.

What HubSpot does that we don't

Real overlap runs on website, email, forms, marketing CRM, knowledge base, and chat. Outside that, HubSpot goes further.

Stay on HubSpot if

You already have a marketing team, or you're hiring one this year, and you need a system of record they can operate together. You run deal stages, sequences, and meeting schedulers wired to reps. Your security review requires SOC 2 and SSO. You need multi-touch attribution tied to a sales pipeline.

If that's you, HubSpot is the right answer, and it isn't close. It's the default in B2B marketing for a reason: every candidate knows it, every agency supports it, every board member has heard of it. That's a real company shape, and it isn't ours.

The CRM you actually get

A minimalist illustration of a CRM view showing contacts and activity on one timeline.

Contacts, companies, activities — one shared timeline

It's a CRM for marketing contacts. Every form submission, chat message, and email lands on one timeline the AI reads before it writes. The email that knows what a customer asked in chat yesterday is the email that converts. It is not a sales pipeline with deal stages and forecasting — that's HubSpot's job, and we don't pretend otherwise.

This content was built with MCP using Claude or OpenAI Desktop, LM Studio, Gemini, Codex, or Claude Code MCP. Plain copy, designs, or ideas were submitted to Giant Context and AI finished the job.

Try it on your site

No marketing team required, and none to hire. Sync your documents, and the AI drafts the first things it thinks you should publish. Nothing ships without you — until you decide it can.
