It decides what is missing
The ideas queue lists what your business has not published yet, each one with a priority and a date. Nothing on this list acts on its own.
It writes the help centre
A knowledge base article drafted in full, in the editor, ready to change or approve.
It builds the forms
A contact form in the same editor as the pages, routed into the CRM so a submission arrives as a contact record.
It writes the email
The contact's name is merged in and the button points at the help centre from two rows up. One dataset is what lets the email know that article exists.
Every app reads the same dataset
A normal marketing operation runs on separate subscriptions that never share what they know. Giant Context runs all of it on one dataset, so the email draft knows what pages a contact read and the chat answers from the knowledge base.
