The AI writes the email. Mind picks who it goes to.

This replaces the Mailchimp password you forgot and the list you never cleaned. You describe the send in plain English. The AI drafts it, Mind reads the CRM to choose the recipients, and you approve before anything goes out. No lists to build. No recipient groups to slice by hand.

Emails and sends

The email itself

Newsletters, launches, welcome notes. The AI drafts each one from a topic, a prompt, or an idea you accepted, in your brand voice, using a block editor for buttons, images, text, and dividers. Reusable headers and footers keep every send consistent, so nothing goes out looking like a default Mailchimp layout.

Mind picks who each send reaches

There are no recipient groups to build by hand. Mind reads what each contact has done — opened this, clicked that, on this plan, read this post — along with company details and how engaged they are, and chooses who a send should reach. As contacts behave, the recipient list updates. You review the planned recipients before anything goes out.

Every send is planned, and yours to approve

Each send has a time and a plan attached before it goes anywhere. You see the queued sends, review them, and approve what goes out. Sending infrastructure — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender-domain verification, one-click unsubscribe — is handled underneath. Unsubscribing stops all future sends to that contact.

Lifecycle arcs, described not diagrammed

Welcome, nurture, re-engagement. You describe the goal; Mind handles the send per contact. No branching-workflow canvas to wire up.

You describe it

Welcome new signups

You write the goal in plain English: a hello right away, onboarding tips a few days in, a feedback ask at the end of the first week.

The AI drafts each email

Three emails, each with a trigger

The AI writes all three as individual emails, each carrying its own natural-language trigger description. You review them together.

You approve the arc

Mind runs it per contact

Once approved, Mind runs the arc for every new signup, sending each email when its trigger describes a moment that has arrived.

What you get back

Open, click, and unsubscribe rates per send, per-recipient click tracking, and performance over time. Real numbers from real sends, nothing invented.

Open rate

Per send, so you can see which subject lines people actually opened.

Click rate

Per send and per recipient, so you know who followed a link.

Unsubscribe rate

Per send, tracked over time, so a bad send shows up plainly.

Where the edges are

This is marketing-first email, and it is honest about where that ends. It is not a transactional platform — a one-off API send exists in the SDK, but for password resets and receipts at volume, Resend or Postmark is the right tool.

Sequences work, but multi-branch decision trees with wait-for-event logic are simpler here than in HubSpot or Customer.io. There is no SMS and no push; this is email only. And you cannot hand-write custom HTML emails — the block editor and AI generation are the path.
