There is a zero-tolerance line on child sexual abuse material and on content that promotes hatred against people for who they are — accounts crossing it are terminated, without warning for the severe cases.

When you send email, follow anti-spam law — real consent, a working unsubscribe, accurate sender details. When you use the AI, don't try to jailbreak it, generate deceptive content, or make deepfakes, and remember you're responsible for reviewing what it writes before it ships. When you use the API, respect the rate limits and keep your keys private.
