Using AI to generate content

Giant Context has AI built into every layer of the platform. Instead of starting from a blank page and building everything by hand, you can describe what you want in plain language and let the AI create it for you, whether that's pages, forms, emails, knowledge base articles or more.

The AI reads your branding, draws from your knowledge base, and generates content that looks and sounds like it belongs to your business. This guide covers the different ways to use AI content generation, how to get the best results and when it makes sense to build manually instead.

The Drafts system

Drafts are AI-generated content waiting for your review. When you ask Giant Context to create something, such as a page, a form, an email or a knowledge base article, the result doesn't go live immediately. Instead, it enters the Drafts system.

Review before publishing

Every AI-generated page, form or article lands in your Drafts with a Ready status. Review visual cards for each item, preview the results and make edits before anything goes live. If it misses the mark, reject the draft and try again.

Learn about Drafts

Multi-item generation

A single draft can contain multiple pieces of connected content. Giant Context supports multi-item generation so you can build complete workflows in a single request. For example, if you ask the AI to "create a signup page with a registration form," the resulting draft contains both the website page and the form. The AI sequences the work by building the form first and embedding it directly into the page so everything links up correctly. When you accept the draft, all connected items are promoted to your project together.

Mind automation engine

While chat answers questions and drafts generate specific requests, Mind runs in the background, watching everything happening in your project. By analyzing your existing content, Mind identifies gaps and opportunities, and surfaces ideas for what you should create next.

You can configure how Mind analyzes your project to suit your workflow. Adjust the intensity by choosing between three levels: off turns it off entirely, low produces conservative suggestions and high checks the site regularly for thorough analysis. You also control the next step for any approved idea, deciding whether it automatically generates a draft or waits for your manual generation.

Drafts operate independently. You don't need Mind to use drafts. Drafts work independently as a core platform feature that any generation source can use.

How the AI uses your branding

The AI reads your brand settings, including primary and secondary colors, typography, border radius, shadow intensity and component styles, and applies them across every generated element. You can configure these global design rules under Project > Branding.

How the AI uses your knowledge base

Giant Context's AI doesn't generate content in a vacuum. It draws directly from your project's knowledge base, website pages and uploaded files to understand your business, products, terminology and voice, so every draft sounds like your brand instead of generic filler.

Upload key documents. The more content your project has, the more context the AI has to work with. Add product specs, brand guidelines, competitive analysis and marketing briefs to your project files early on. The AI reads them automatically and uses them as context for everything it generates.

Tips for writing good prompts

The quality of your generated drafts depends on how you frame your request. By mastering a few patterns, you can guide the AI to produce accurate, multi-item results, like generating a signup page and its connected registration form in a single prompt, that align with your brand voice.

Combine related content types. Drafts support multi-item generation. If you ask the AI to "create a webinar registration page with a signup form," it generates both pieces as a connected draft, linking the form and the page together from the start.

When to use AI vs. manual building

Adopt a hybrid workflow. Combine AI generation with manual refinement. Let the AI build your foundation, structure and initial copy. Then switch to the visual builder to fine-tune layouts, adjust spacing and get pixel-level control.

Common questions & troubleshooting

When you ask Giant Context to generate content, the result doesn't just appear as a raw draft. Giant Context checks each draft for placeholder text and other generation artifacts before it reaches your review queue, so what you see is ready for your review.

Frequently asked questions

Before a draft reaches you, Giant Context checks it for common generation issues, like placeholder text or stray characters, and fixes what it can without regenerating the whole section.

Rejecting a draft completely removes the generated pages, forms or other assets, ensuring your project stays free of orphaned content. The draft record itself remains in your list marked as 'Rejected' so you always have a history of your requests.

If the output doesn't match your vision, reject the draft and provide feedback. Refine your prompt with specific details about structure or messaging, and let the AI try again. This iterative process helps fine-tune the results to your exact needs.
