Go to Website > Pages to see every page in the site. The table gives each page a status, a title and a URL path, and the Create Page button sits in the top right.

Check the status. New pages start as Draft, and a draft is only visible to your team in the console. Set the status to Published to put it on the live site.

Set the value on the mobile breakpoint. Click the device icon next to the width, padding, margin or border radius field, switch to mobile and enter the value you want there.
