How a send works

An email in Giant Context is just a design until it's sent. Writing the email and sending it to someone are two separate things. The email is the content — subject, layout, copy. The send is the decision about who receives it and when. Mind handles the second part, and you approve it before anything leaves.

The trigger description

Every email carries a trigger description — a plain sentence that says when it should go out. Not a rule you build in a flowchart. A sentence: send this to new signups a few days after they join, or send this to contacts who read the pricing post but haven't started a trial. Mind reads that description and works out who it applies to and when.

Mind plans the send, you approve it

When it's time, Mind reads your CRM — who opened what, who clicked what, who's on which plan, who's gone quiet — and picks the contacts the send should reach. It plans a time. Then it shows you the plan: here's the email, here are the recipients, here's when it goes out.

You review all of it. Change the recipients, move the timing, edit the email, or approve it as it stands. Nothing sends until you do. As contacts behave differently, the recipient list updates, so the plan reflects who fits right now — not who fit last week.

Mind picks who and when. You have the last word.

The Sends view

You'll find your sends under Sends in the email app menu. Each planned send is there for review before it goes out, and each completed send keeps its record afterward.

What you see after a send

Every send tracks opens, clicks, and unsubscribes. You can see how a given send did, down to which recipients clicked.

Unsubscribing is final, and it's global: when a contact unsubscribes, it stops all future sends to them, not just the one they were reading. Every email carries the unsubscribe link — it's required and can't be removed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The email is the design — subject, layout, copy. The send is the act of delivering it to specific contacts at a specific time. One email can be sent more than once; each send is planned and approved on its own.

Mind does, by reading your CRM against the email's trigger description — then it shows you the planned recipients and timing to approve. You can change any of it before it goes out.

It stops every future send to that contact, not just the current email. The unsubscribe link is in every email and can't be removed.
