How Your AI Finds Answers

Instead of guessing, the AI-powered chat searches your actual project content to provide accurate answers. Giant Context breaks down your knowledge base articles, website pages, and uploaded files into small, digestible chunks. This makes your content searchable by its underlying meaning, not just exact keyword matches. For example, if a visitor asks "how do I change my password?", the system can intelligently match that question to an article titled "Account Security Settings." Finally, the AI synthesizes these relevant chunks into a natural, conversational response and tracks its sources, allowing you to see exactly where each piece of information came from.

When you navigate to Chat > Conversations, you'll find a complete log of every interaction visitors have had with your embeddable chat widget. This table makes it easy to spot active or recent conversations quickly. You can click any row to open a specific conversation and read the full message history, starting from when it was first created.

Use the table's search and pagination tools to quickly filter by keyword or navigate through large volumes of chat history. If your widget is brand new and no conversations have taken place yet, the table will remain empty until visitors begin interacting with the chat.

Review Chat History

Keep a pulse on what your website visitors are asking. The chat conversations interface lets you quickly spot active or recent threads, displaying the visitor, last activity, and when the chat was created. Click any row to open the full message history and see exactly how the AI answered based on your content.

The embeddable chat widget

The chat widget is designed to be embedded directly on your public-facing website. Because it connects to your Giant Context project via public endpoints, visitors can start asking questions immediately—no authentication or sign-in required. Behind the scenes, the widget automatically handles creating new conversations, routing messages, and saving the complete chat history so users can seamlessly pick up right where they left off.

Delete Chat App

Use this tab to permanently remove the chat app from your project. Because this action cannot be undone, you will be asked to confirm your decision before the deletion is finalized.

Giant Context's AI-powered chat delivers instant answers to your website visitors, but those answers are only as good as the content it draws from. Because the AI relies entirely on the knowledge base articles, website pages, and files you provide, poor or inaccurate responses can usually be fixed simply by updating and improving your underlying content.
