The Settings screen is your control center for how the CRM operates. Navigate to CRM > Settings in the sidebar to adjust your feature level. Choose the setup that fits your workflow, from our current Basic tier to upcoming Intermediate and Advanced capabilities.
The Feature Level is the most impactful setting. It directly controls what your team sees in the CRM sidebar and what they can do:
If you accidentally delete your CRM, head to the project trash to restore it. Don't wait too long though — trashed apps are eventually removed permanently.
If you ever need to contact support about your CRM, the App ID on the Details tab is the fastest way to help the team identify your specific app.
This is controlled by your Feature Level. On Basic, the sidebar shows only Contacts and Settings. Companies and Activities are hidden entirely until you switch to Intermediate or Advanced.
