Finding Your Form ID
When building custom integrations or connecting external tools, you'll need your unique Form ID. You can find this read-only identifier located in the Details tab of your form settings.

When a visitor submits a form, the system first checks whether the form is active. If the form has been marked as inactive, the submission is automatically rejected to prevent unwanted data collection.
You can find your Form ID in the form's Details panel. It is a read-only unique identifier that you will need when embedding the form on your website or setting up custom integrations.
Email notifications are controlled by your form's routing settings. Check your form's Where submissions go settings to ensure that email notifications are enabled and that the correct recipient addresses are configured.
