Settings dashboard

Control how your project behaves across all connected apps. The settings dashboard gives you centralized access to manage team members, configure multi-language content, fine-tune Mind and view essential project details.

Members tab

The Members tab provides a complete overview of everyone with access to your project. Each member row displays their name, email address, title and assigned role.

Review project access

The Members tab displays a read-only list of everyone who has access to your project. You can quickly verify names, emails and assigned roles to ensure your workspace remains secure and properly managed.

Managing project access. This tab provides a read-only view of your current project members. All access management, including inviting new users, updating roles and removing access, is handled at the organization level.

AI tab

The AI tab controls how Mind, the project's AI assistant, interacts with your project. Mind reads your existing content to find gaps and surface opportunities. From this tab, you can configure how it suggests new ideas and generates connected drafts for your review before anything goes live.

Tailor Mind to your workflow

Control how proactively the Giant Context AI engine assists your team. Adjust the AI Intensity to focus purely on gap detection, or enable auto-generated drafts to let Mind build connected pages, forms and articles automatically.

AI intensity

Autonomy toggles

Separate from AI Intensity, four toggles control what Mind can do for each content type: ideation, plan, draft and publish. Turning on ideation lets Mind propose new ideas. Turning on plan lets it turn an idea into a plan. Turning on draft lets it generate a full draft from an approved plan. Turning on publish lets it publish a draft without further review. Nothing publishes unless you switch it on.

Start with low AI intensity. If you're new to Mind, start on Low so it checks your project irregularly while you get a feel for its suggestions. You can raise the intensity, and turn on more autonomy toggles, as you gain confidence.

Details tab

The Details tab provides read-only information about your project, including your unique Project ID. You will need this identifier when configuring API access or setting up external integrations.

Danger Zone tab

A cancellation confirmation screen in the Giant Context console.

The Danger Zone tab holds the critical, irreversible actions. You will not need it in day to day work. It exists for the rare occasion when a project has reached the end of its life and you need to cancel it for good.

FAQ

Member management happens in your organization settings. Invite the person there, then open them from the Members list and use their Permissions tab to set their organization role and their access to each project and each app.

Check that the draft toggle is switched on for that content type, and that publish is also on if you want it to go live automatically. AI Intensity controls how often Mind checks your project, not what it's allowed to do, so raising it alone won't generate drafts if the toggles are off.

Your project-level language selections cascade across all your apps. When you enable an additional language in your project settings, it automatically unlocks translation options for your website pages, emails and forms.

This content was built autonomously. Giant Context analyzed the site, determined what was missing, created and submitted an idea and draft, which Giant Context staff accepted and published.
