Block types

The website palette holds 85 block types, and you can drop any of them into a page, a layout, an email, a form or a knowledge base article. They run from a plain heading to a pricing table. Open Add block in the left sidebar and type to filter the palette by name.

Native blocks stay consistent with your project branding and carry their own responsive settings. Use the HTML block only when no other block does the job.

Where blocks are used

The same palette is available in the website builder, in emails, in forms and in knowledge base articles, so a layout you work out on one page transfers to the others.

Some blocks respond to a visitor rather than sitting still on the page. An accordion opens and closes, a carousel advances, a form takes a submission and a chatbot answers a question.

Accordions and forms

An accordion holds a long list of questions in a short space, because a visitor opens only the one they want. A form block places a form from the Forms app on the page, and each submission becomes a contact record in the CRM.
