The library supports a wide range of formats to accommodate all your project needs. You can upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG), videos, PDFs, Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plain text, CSV, Markdown, Mermaid diagrams, and audio files.
Need a specific visual but can't find it in your library? Your search bar doubles as a powerful AI image generator. Simply click the icon next to the search field and switch from Search to AI Generate. Enter a descriptive prompt, such as "a modern office space with natural light," and press Enter. The system will instantly create your custom image and add it directly to your library, streamlining your design workflow.
Quickly create custom images directly within your media library using the built-in AI generator.
Keeping your media library organized ensures you can always find the right asset when you need it. By structuring your files logically in the left sidebar, you create a clear, easy-to-navigate system for your entire team.
When it's time to clean up, you can easily remove outdated sections using the trash icon. Always double-check your selections before deleting, as the system will alert you if you attempt to remove items that currently contain active files.
When uploading multiple files at once, you have full control over their visibility. You can quickly set the entire batch to public or private, or adjust the visibility for each file individually. Keep in mind that images and videos are public by default, ensuring they display correctly on your pages, while all other file types default to private for added security.
The system checks if the file is used anywhere in your project. Files currently in use show a green dot on their checkbox and cannot be selected for bulk deletion to protect live content.
Check the file's visibility setting. Public files have a globe icon and are accessible via URL. Private files have a lock icon and are only accessible within the console. Images default to public, while other documents default to private.
