Control how your project behaves across all connected apps. The settings dashboard gives you centralized access to manage team members, configure multi-language content, fine-tune your AI assistant, and view essential project details.
The Members tab provides a complete overview of everyone with access to your project. Each member row displays their name, email address, title, and assigned role. Roles are essential for security and collaboration, as they dictate exactly what actions each person can take within the project workspace.
The Members tab displays a read-only list of everyone who has access to your project. You can quickly verify names, emails, and assigned roles—like Viewer or Collaborator—to ensure your workspace remains secure and properly managed.
The AI tab controls how Mind—Giant Context's continuous intelligence layer—interacts with your project. Mind actively analyzes your existing content to identify gaps and surface strategic opportunities. From this tab, you can configure how the assistant suggests new ideas and generates connected drafts for your review before anything goes live.
Control how proactively the Giant Context AI engine assists your team. Adjust the AI Intensity to focus purely on gap detection, or enable auto-generated drafts to let Mind build connected pages, forms, and articles automatically.
This setting works in tandem with your Low or High AI Intensity preferences. When enabled, Mind automatically transforms its content proposals into complete drafts ready for your review. If disabled, Mind continues to surface strategic ideas but waits for your manual approval before generating the actual content.
The Details tab provides read-only information about your project, including your unique Project ID. You will need this identifier when configuring API access or setting up external integrations.
The Danger Zone tab houses critical, irreversible actions. You won't need to visit this section during your day-to-day work. It exists solely for the rare occasion when a project has reached the end of its lifecycle and you need to permanently cancel it.
Member management is handled at the organization level. To invite new users, navigate to your Organization Settings. Once added to the organization, you can assign them specific roles like Viewer or Collaborator for individual projects.
If Mind isn't creating drafts, check your AI settings. Ensure the auto-draft toggle is enabled and your AI Intensity is set to either Low (for gap detection) or High. If your project is too early for AI suggestions, it may need more content before generating drafts.
Your project-level language selections cascade across all your apps. When you enable languages like Spanish or French in your project settings, it automatically unlocks translation options for your website pages, email campaigns, and forms.
