A single marketing tool — an email sender, a CRM, a form builder — is the old kind of software. You buy it, you charge a seat for it, you compete on features, and the AI, if there is one, is bolted on and knows only what that isolated tool was told. That's not what I wanted to build. If an AI is going to run your marketing the way a person would, it needs what a person needs: context across channels.
It needs to know that the person who just submitted a form is the same person who read three blog posts last week, asked a question in chat, and opened the last email. That context doesn't exist if it's smeared across six vendors and stitched together with a brittle automation. It only exists if the AI is operating inside one data model that spans everything. So Giant Context is eight apps sharing one AI and one database — and eight is a snapshot, not a limit.
Every new app makes every existing app smarter.
None of this is bundling for a discount. The apps are together because the AI's output quality is a function of the context it has, and the context is bounded by the data it can see. A CRM that doesn't know what a contact read on the blog is a worse CRM. An email that doesn't know what someone asked in chat yesterday is a worse email. Every app you add is more context flowing into the shared model, which makes every app already there better. The name of the company is also the argument: context, at scale, is the thing.
That's why the platform is built to keep absorbing channels. Surveys, testing, post-purchase follow-ups — marketing has no clean edges, and each new surface is one more moment in a customer's life the AI can operate, because it already knows the customer.
There's a commercial consequence to building it this way, and it's my favorite part. You don't decide when to turn on a new app by browsing a feature catalog. The AI does — because the AI is already doing the work, which means it's the one who sees what's missing. It watches a landing page pull form submissions with no idea which headline converts and says, you should test this; want me to. It sees an email whose engagement is soft and says, we should ask these readers why. Expansion happens from inside the conversation you already trust, proposed by the actor already doing the job. There's no upsell funnel, because the employee and the vendor are the same thing.
Ask for early access. Every app is included from day one — the AI decides which ones your business needs.
